Terms & Conditions/ Shipping/ Returns
- We endeavour to ensure that our product list is current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
- Up2NoGood Clothing Co. will try our best to dispatch items within 24 hours of purchase, please allow up to 72 hours from time of purchase, this is due to only being a small team, we will try our best to dispatch your orders as soon as possible.
- Postage is an additional charge.
Orders to Australia - Charged at $8 Flat rate for standard shipping and $13 Flat rate for express shipping across Australia. If more than $50 of goods are purchased you will receive free standard postage. Standard shipping will take 2-10 business days, express shipping 1-2 days from date of postage.
Orders to New Zealand - Charged at $11 Flat rate for standard shipping and $20 Flat rate for express shipping across New Zealand. If more than $200 of goods are purchased you will receive free standard postage within New Zealand. Standard shipping will take 2-10 business days from date of postage.
Orders to the rest of the World - Charged at $25 Flat rate for standard shipping across the World. Standard shipping can take up to 21 business days from date of postage. If more than $200 of goods are purchased you will receive free standard postage to the rest of the world.
Faulty/damaged item? - We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “contact” webpage where we set out our requirements relating to return of such goods within 21 days of purchase.
Wrong Size? - We also undertake to exchange any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase however we will not provide any refund of such purchase. If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk.
How to fulfil a return or exchange - Please email Up2NoGood Clothing Co on email@example.com with a copy of your order number and receipt of purchase, please add any details of why you are wanting to return/exchange your item and we will be in contact with you ASAP!
Personal Information - Personal information about visitors to our site is collected only when knowingly and voluntarily submitted. For example, we may need to collect such information to provide you with further services or to answer or forward any requests or enquiries. It is our intention that this policy will protect your personal information from being dealt with in any way that is inconsistent with applicable privacy laws in Australia.
Credit Card Details - Credit Card details are only stored for the processing of payment and will be deleted once payment is processed.
Disclosure - Apart from where you have consented or disclosure is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was submitted, personal information may be disclosed in special situations where we have reason to believe that doing so is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against anyone damaging, injuring, or interfering (intentionally or unintentionally) with our rights or property, users, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities. Also, we may disclose personal information when we believe in good faith that the law requires disclosure.
- We may engage third parties to provide you with goods or services on our behalf. In that circumstance, we may disclose your personal information to those third parties in order to meet your request for goods or services.
